02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
03 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved

05 - 3.5 oz crumbled feta cheese
06 - 3.5 oz thinly sliced prosciutto or serrano ham (optional)
07 - 3.5 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

→ Nuts & Seeds

08 - 1/3 cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
09 - 1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds

# Method:

03 - Scatter crumbled feta and halved mozzarella balls across the platter. If using, drape thin prosciutto or serrano ham slices over the fruit.
04 - Evenly scatter chopped pistachios and toasted pumpkin seeds on top to add texture.
